1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information PublishPage collects when you use the service, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the PublishPage website, dashboard, and publishing service, including use through an AI agent connected to your account.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run a hosting service, and not much else:

• Account details. Your email address. There are no passwords: signing in works through single-use links we email you.
• Content you publish. The HTML pages you publish, along with any titles, context notes, and change notes attached to them.
• Technical data. IP addresses and request logs, used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and keeping the service running.
• Connected agents. Basic details of the AI applications you have authorized to publish on your behalf, so you can review and revoke them.
• Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference; we never see or store your full card number.

3. Cookies

Cookies are used only on usepublishpage.com, and only for signing in and keeping your session secure. Published pages are served from separate addresses that never set cookies, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to serve your pages, operate your account, process payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and send service emails such as claim links and billing notices. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

5. Published pages are public

Anything you publish is available to anyone who has the page's URL. Free-tier pages are served with a header asking search engines not to index them, but a URL that has been shared should be considered public. Do not publish information you want to keep private.

6. Where information is stored and who we share it with

Page content is stored with our cloud storage provider and served through an edge caching network. We share information only with the service providers that make PublishPage work — hosting, storage, email delivery, and Stripe for payments — and each of them may use it only to provide their service to us. Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it or to protect the service and its users.

7. How long we keep it

Pages that expire stop being served but remain recoverable for a short window — 3 days for anonymous pages and 7 days for free-account pages — and are then permanently deleted, including their stored content. Deleting a page or your account removes the associated content permanently. Request logs are kept only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention.

8. Your rights

You can view and delete your pages from your dashboard at any time. You can also ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@usepublishpage.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

9. Children

PublishPage is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
